Privacy Policy

We collect:

• Account details — names, email addresses, job titles, company and building names you enter during signup and team setup.
• Operational data — maintenance tasks, notes, photos, and activity/audit records you create while using the service.
• Billing details — handled by our payment processor; we store a customer reference and subscription status, not your full card number.
• Usage data — basic logs and analytics needed to operate and secure the service.

We use your information to provide and maintain the service, authenticate users, send transactional email (invites, activation, notifications), process subscriptions, provide support, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal information.

We share data with vendors who help us run Lunan, only as needed to provide the service: hosting and database infrastructure, our payment processor (Stripe) for billing, our email provider for transactional messages, and AI providers used to draft or summarize task content you submit. These providers are bound to protect the data they process.

Each organization’s data is logically separated. Staff and contractors can only access the building(s) and tasks they have been granted, and contractor magic links are scoped to a single site.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.

You can access and update most account information directly in the app. To request deletion of your account or a copy of your data, contact us using the details below. Team members should direct requests to their account owner where appropriate.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
